Making Changes to Your Council or Former Council Home

If you wish to make changes to your Council owned property, or a former Council home (including leaseholders and homeowners) you must apply for landlord permission, and this needs to be approved before any work can begin.

Please note: Landlord permission is not the same as Planning/Building Regulation Approval.

If these are required, you will need to apply for them separately after landlord permission has been granted.
