Keeping You Informed
We understand that having work carried out in your home can be disruptive. That’s why we are committed to keeping you fully informed and treated with respect throughout the process.
Before any planned works begin, we will give you at least three weeks’ notice (and usually more for larger projects). Our letters will clearly explain:
- What work is being done
- Who will be carrying out the work
- Which areas of your home may be affected
- How long the work is expected to take
Our aim is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and comfortable while improvements are being made to your home.
Important: Council improvement works are separate from tenant‑requested alterations. If you wish to make changes to your home yourself, you must obtain written permission first.
