Planned maintenance
The council carries out planned maintenance works and improvements to all its properties. These works vary depending on finance available, conditions of properties and other factors. The works are carried out by our own workforce and our partnering contractors who are:
- Lovell Partnership Limited (kitchen and bathroom replacements)
- HJS, Harrold-Jones Services (door entry systems, entrance bollards and CCTV systems to blocks of flats)
- Trinity (fire alarms)
- NABCEL Gas (central heating installations)
- NABCEL Gas (gas servicing and repairs)
- NBBC Workforce (door replacement/fencing works/internal painting of communal areas)
If we intend to carry out work to your home, we will consult with you and provide as much notification as we can as to when the works will take place.
