We are working hard to improve your home and neighbourhood. There are a few simple things you can do to help us carry out these improvement works smoothly:

  • Keep your contact details up to date, including your phone number

  • Allow access to your home when appointments are arranged, so work can be completed safely and on time

All our staff and contractors carry identification cards at all times. They should always show this to you before entering your home.

If someone does not show you identification, you have the right to refuse access to your property.

If you are ever unsure or concerned about the validity of someone’s identification, please contact us immediately so we can check this for you.
