Opening hours
The museum is currently open:
- Thursday to Saturday, 10:30am to 4:30pm
The Museum could be subject to closure at short notice. Check the Council's social media channels for any late changes to opening hours.
Christmas opening hours
The Museum will close at 4:30pm on Saturday, 20 December, and reopen on Thursday, 1 January 2026, at 10:30am for a New Year's Day Quiz.
Tearoom opening hours
- Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30am to 3:30pm
The Tearoom will be closed from Tuesday, 18 November, until Wednesday, 3 December 2025. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Tearoom Christmas opening hours
The Tearoom will close on Wednesday, 24 December, at 2:00pm and reopen on Saturday, 3 January 2026, at 10:30am.
