Buildings insurance
It is a condition of your lease that we arrange the buildings insurance cover under a blanket policy for all our leasehold properties.
All leaseholders will receive a copy of the insurance summary booklet with their service charge estimates.
The insurance company providing the cover for all of our properties is;

How can I make a claim
Claims are to be notified as soon as possible, with full details to be provided within 30 days of the claim (7 days in respect of riot or malicious damage) including supporting evidence in writing.
- The Police must be notified as soon as possible in the event of theft or malicious damage
