In March 2019 the High Court of Justice granted Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) and Warwickshire County Council (WCC) an interim Injunction to prohibit both named individuals and persons unknown from setting up encampments on various parcels of land within the Nuneaton and Bedworth administrative boundaries.

NBBC and WCC are now in the process of applying to the High Court to make that Injunction final. The hearing for that application has been set down in a three day trial window commencing 12 December 2022 with a two day estimate. Ahead of that hearing, the High Court has directed by Order of Mr Justice Linden dated the 23 May 2022 that the attached paperwork be placed on the Council’s website relating to these proceedings.
