Christmas and New Year service changes information
Nuneaton Town Hall, Customer Services, and other Council services will have a change in availability over the festive holiday period.
When will we close
Telephone lines will close at 5:00pm and the Town Hall building will close at 2:00pm on Wednesday, 24 December.
When will we reopen
Customer Services' telephone lines will reopen at 9:00am and the Town Hall building open at 10:00am on Friday, 2 January 2026.
Refuse collections
You can view the changes to the refuse collection service if you are a resident who would normally have had their bin emptied on these three days:

Museum & Art Gallery
The Museum will close at 4:30pm on Saturday, 20 December, and reopen on Thursday, 1 January 2026, at 10:30am for a New Year's Day Quiz.

Council-owned pay and display and multi-storey car parks in Nuneaton and Bedworth will be open as usual during the festive period.
Free parking days
- Sunday, 21 December, free parking is available in Nuneaton at Harefield Road Multi-Storey Car Park (open 9:30am to 5:30pm)
- Monday, 22 December, free parking is available in Bedworth at Spitalfields Car Park
