Trees on the highway
As a giude, trees along the highway, or on highway verges, are the responsibility of Warwickshire County Council (WCC). However, occasionally they are owned by Nuneaton and Bedworth Council.
If there are any issues with highway trees, contact WCC for advice and guidance.
Issues with highway trees include, but are not limited to:
- Street light and road sign obstruction
- Danger to the highway
- Trip hazard
