You can view an electronic copy of a decision notice.
You can request paper copies in respect of both planning decision notices and building control completion certificates.
The charge for each planning decision is £12 sent by email or £15.96 in paper hard copy.

The charge for each building control decision notice varies on how quickly it is required:
- Within 10 working days: £25.51
- Within 5 working days: £38.26
- Within 24 hours: £70.15
In this case the response will be by email with documents in PDF format.
