Phase two of the Grayson Place Car Park in Nuneaton is now open to the public.
The completion of the second phase of the car park at Grayson Place provides a further 60 car parking spaces in addition to the 60 spaces that are already available.
Contracts have been exchanged for the provision of state-of-the-art EV charging, which will be installed later this spring.
The car park also benefits from contactless payment machines, allowing convenience and flexibility for customers.
Cllr Nicky King, Portfolio Holder for Business and Regeneration, said:
“This is great news, a total of 120 car parking spaces are now available at Grayson Place, allowing for easy and convenient parking within Nuneaton town centre.
This move comes in readiness of the finalisation of Phase two of the Grayson Place development, which will see Padel courts, a food hall and variety of restaurants, all surrounding a new central public square.”
