Grayson Place is the flagship mixed-use regeneration project at the heart of Nuneaton, delivered in partnership between Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council and Queensberry Real Estate. Located on Abbey Street, this scheme is part of the wider “Transforming Nuneaton” programme and aims to revitalise the town centre through a dynamic mix of leisure, learning, living, and hospitality spaces. 

Named in honour of local TV icon Larry Grayson, following community consultation, the development includes a new Hampton by Hilton hotel, a leisure hub, a food hall, and variety of restaurants and retail spaces, all surrounding a new central public square.

The development also features a new state-of-the-art Digital Skills and Innovation Centre operated by North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College, alongside modern apartments, office spaces, and car park with EV charging points. 

The 145-room hotel, Hampton by Hilton, officially opened September 2024, features a 24/7 gym, meeting space and restaurant, and marks the completion of the first phase of the Grayson Place.

Whereas phase 2, expected to be completed Winter 2025, includes the entertainment hub, food hall, bars, cafés, and restaurants will establish Grayson Place as a destination for locals and visitors alike within the town centre.
