Nuneaton celebrates 25 years of Mary Ann Evans Hospice with classic car festival

This event has been organised jointly by FindABiz, the Mary Ann Evans Hospice & Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
A Classic Transport Festival arrives in Nuneaton to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Mary Ann Evans Hospice next month.
To date there are nearly 100 classic cars booked on the rally plus tractor engines, a dozen stock cars including their F1 cars & a scooter club will be on display.
The inaugural 35 miles rally begins at the hospice at 10:30am, on Eliot Way, and takes participants on a scenic route finishing in the town centre.
It is open to all classic and sports cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles. However if you don’t want to take part in the drive through town you can join in the static display instead.
There is a special appearance by The Stig.
There will be various children’s entertainment including mini GoKarts, for the adults there will be a jazz band and tunes from Anker Radio plus food vendors.
Come join in the fun on August 7. Cars should parked up from 8:30am.
Entry is £15 per vehicle for the rally and £5 per vehicle for the static display, including a commemorative plaque.
