Performance management

Performance indicators and measures are appropriate gauges of how well services are performing. They are important as they enable the council to not only look back and see how performance compares to previous years, but also to look forward and ensure that the Council is always striving to improve.

Our performance is reported to Finance and Public Service Overview and Scrutiny Panel and information is available by viewing the minutes, agenda, reports and appendices of these meetings.
