Public participation at meetings
Speaking and asking questions at meetings
- Would you like to ask a question of the Council or a Cabinet Portfolio Holder about the way your local services are run?
- Do you have an idea or some key information about an issue that is to be considered by one of the Council's Committees or Panels, and would like the opportunity to speak at the meeting?
- Do you wish to speak in support or against a planning application to be considered by the Planning Application Committee?
Members of the public are encouraged to attend meetings of Full Council and other Committees. Residents of the Borough also have an opportunity to speak on items on a Committee agenda or ask a question/make a statement at a meeting of Full Council. All Full Council and Committee meeting agendas are published online well in advance of the meeting.
