To register to speak directly to the Committee at a Planning Applications Committee Meeting, contact:

The Council allows two speakers for and two speakers against the proposal on each application being considered by Committee. You are encouraged to group together to present your case, but if this is not possible, spaces for speaking are allocated on a first come first served basis.

To find out more about the process and what happens at the meeting, download our guide to having your say on planning applications.

Planning applications can either be determined by the Head of Development Control on behalf of the Council under Delegated Powers, or by the Planning Applications Committee.

Agendas for all Planning Application Committee meetings are published at least five working days before the meeting date.
