Rents are currently priced at £10 per week for council tenants and £20 per week for non-council tenants
View the list of garage locations - you can specify a number of sites on your application but they must all be within the same area of the borough
A receipt is not issued for completed application forms, and you will only be contacted once a garage becomes available in the area of your choice
Applications from council tenants in rent arrears will be rejected
Applicants must be over 18 years of age to apply
Priority is given to applications received from council tenants, however, all residents of the borough are able to apply
When signing for a garage you will need to bring documentation with proof of residency, for example, a utility bill or driving licence
If you already rent a garage from the council, you are able to exchange with other garage tenants within the borough. To do this, you will need to complete a new application form
