Request a bulky waste collection
We provide a bulky waste collection service to all residents of the borough, excluding businesses.
Cost
We charge a minimum service fee of £30.50, plus a £3.50 fee for each item collected, up to a maximum of ten items.
The following charges will apply:
- 1 item £34
- 2 items £37.50
- 3 items £41
- 4 items £44.50
- 5 items £48
- 6 items £51.50
- 7 items £55
- 8 items £58.50
- 9 items £62
- 10 items £65.50
Preparing your items for collection
- All bulky items must be presented outside by 7am on the day of the collection
- We cannot specify a collection time
- We will not enter your home to collect bulky items
Failure to adhere to the guidance will result in non-collection.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given if we visit your property and reject bulky items due to non-collection.
