
A range of events will be taking place around Nuneaton and Bedworth to celebrate Victory in Europe Day on Thursday, 8 May.
Come and take part in these events and park for free all day at Harefield Road multi-storey car park.

Together We Stand
Raising of the VE Day flag and the town crier, Paul Gough will cry out the proclamation from the Town Hall steps, supported by the The Salvation Army - Nuneaton band and standard bearers.

Freedom of Entry
The 30 Signal Regiment and Queens Gurkha Signals will exercise their Freedom of Entry and march through the town of Bedworth. Inspection in front of the Peace Podium.

There will be road closures in operation between 9:30am to 12:00pm. Closure of Coventry Road from Park Road junction, the whole of Sergeant Simon Valentine Way, High Street, and King Street.
VE 80 Celebrations in the Town Hall
- Nuneaton Town Hall
- 1:30pm to 3:30pm
