The noise app
The Tenancy Services team at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are signed up to The Noise App.
If you are experiencing a nuisance from excessive noise from a council-owned property and tenants, you can use The Noise App as a way of capturing and reporting the noise to your anti-social behaviour (ASB) officer.
The Noise App is currently only to be used to report a noise nuisance emanating from a residential property rented by the Council.
What is The Noise App
The Noise App is an electronic way of recording and reporting a noise nuisance. Currently, any resident living within a property owned and managed by the council can use the app to record a noise nuisance and submit the recording for review by an ASB officer.
Latest version of The Noise App
The Landlord Services team at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council have upgraded to The Noise App 2.0.
All existing users of the app will be contacted directly by RHE Global, developers of The Noise App with regard to downloading The Noise App 2.0 and you will be provided with their support contact details, should you need assistance downloading or using the new version.
