Adopted Borough Plan (2011-2031)
The Borough Plan sets out the vision and framework for future development in the area, addressing needs and opportunities relating to housing, the economy, community facilities and infrastructure; as well as being a basis for safeguarding the environment, adapting to climate change and securing good design.
The Plan is a critical tool in guiding decisions about individual development proposals and is the statutory document used by Councils to determine planning applications. Nuneaton and Bedworth's Borough Plan was formally adopted at Full Council on 11 June 2019.
