Council priorities and how we are doing

We have a strategic plan which sets out our vision for the district and the priorities we will focus on.

Our priorities are for Nuneaton and Bedworth to:

  • have a vibrant and prosperous economy
  • have healthy and safe communities
  • be a clean, green and welcoming place to live
  • have a council that is fit for the future

Our strategic plan is underpinned by our delivery plan which sets out in detail, the projects and services we will deliver to achieve our strategic ambitions.

We measure our impact on our communities, as well as the health and wellbeing of our district and staff in line with our corporate priorities, using our corporate indicators.
