Air Walker

Helps to tone the calf and thigh muscles and improve general cardiovascular fitness, balance and co-ordination. 

Swing your legs back and forth whilst keeping your abs tight and maintaining a neutral spine. 

Gradually increase the speed and intensity to make the exercise more challenging. Gives you the full experience of a brisk walk without the strain.

Leg Stretch

This Leg and Back Stretch provides important opportunities to stretch and elongate muscles both before and after exercise. 

Short muscles, more prevalent in older people, reduce flexibility and people are therefore more prone to muscle strains. 

Stretching also improves blood flow, helps to maintain posture, and improves balance and co-ordination.

Air Skier

Helps to tone the waist, hip and thigh muscles and improve general cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination. 

Gradually increase the speed and intensity to make the exercise more challenging. 

The air skier allows the user to perform gentle exercises with no strain on the joints and is ideal for low impact workouts or warm-ups.

Ski Stepper

This Ski Stepper is a comfortable way of developing leg and hip muscles, while simultaneously improving your cardiovascular endurance. 

This low impact workout also helps improve balance and co-ordination. Easy to access and simple to use.

Dip Station

The Dip Station has two different height handle bars to suit people with varying degrees of fitness levels and abilities. 

Provides a perfect workout for triceps and shoulders, and is a great addition to any outdoor gym area.

Lat Pull and Chest Press

This two-in-one unit provides a perfect upper-body strength workout. 

The lat pull-down helps to tone shoulders, biceps, core muscles, latissimus dorsi, and rear deltoids in the pulling motion. 

While the chest press works out the chest, upper and mid abs, triceps, pectoralis, and deltoids in the pressing motion. 

Working all these muscles will strengthen the back, arms and improve posture. The ergonomically designed seat provides back support and easy access, plus the sphere handles offer a comfortable grip.

Hand Cycle

Tibas is a multi-fitness station equipped with a few exercise functions that will allow the user to train various muscle groups. 

The hand cycle, also called an upper-body ergometer works your chest, shoulders, back, arms and core muscles without the use of free weights or weight machines. Instead of having to do a separate cardio and strength workout, you can get them both done simultaneously on the arm bike.

Rower

This is a multi-fitness station equipped with several exercise functions that will allow the user to train various muscle groups.

The Rower provides an extremely effective full-body work-out that helps to tone upper and lower body muscles and develop general cardiovascular fitness. 

It provides a great gentle exercise with minimal strain on the joints and it’s ideal for low impact workouts or warm-ups. Take a sit, place your feet on the footrests, keep your back flat and start rowing.

Avoid over-stretching your arms, over-scrunching your knees or leaning back too far. Gradually increase the speed and intensity to make the exercise more challenging. 

Push Hands

This outdoor fitness equipment can be used by two people simultaneously. The unique design of the Push Hands allows wheelchair users to be able to access the lower section, making this a fully inclusive piece of exercise equipment. 

It is very effective in developing upper body flexibility and co-ordination from the waistline to the tops of the shoulders. This low impact fitness product is designed for people of all abilities. It helps in aiding recovery for those in need of movement-based exercises or those looking for a light workout.

Double Sit Up

This two-person Sit Up station is perfect for strengthening abdominal muscles and providing core stability, which helps support and protect internal organs and aids in breathing. 

It also helps the development of upper body muscles such as shoulders and biceps, as well as aiding the flexibility and agility of joints. It can be used for a wide variety of sit-ups and abdominal crunch exercises, as well as seated leg raise exercises.
