We deliver waste engagement across the Borough to encourage responsible waste behaviour, increase good recycling practices and promote a clean Borough. Get in touch with us to request waste outreach.
Community litter picks
We have litter picking equipment available for free community hire. We just need a signature from the lead person to cover potential damage to equipment. Community litter picks should take place on safe areas, away from bodies of water and highways.
Waste education talks
Our waste engagement and promotions officer can visit community groups and schools of any age to provide talks on recycling and clean neighbourhoods. If you would like to schedule a talk, please get in touch.
Any groups of children must be fully supervised by the group requesting the education visit.

You might find the team in and around the Borough at events with our waste education trailer, be sure to come and have a chat and get in touch if you’re organising an event and would like us to attend.
