A woman from Nuneaton has been banned from entering specific properties in Grove Farm area following persistent Anti-Social Behaviour.
Donna Ross, formally of Kingswood Road, Nuneaton has been banned from entering the specific properties in Kingswood Road, Park Lane, Seeswood Close, Church Road and St Paul's Church and is forbidden to engage in any conduct which is causing or likely to cause nuisance or annoyance to anyone living in or visiting these areas. The Court also ordered Ms Ross to refrain from using threatening, foul and abusive language and intimidating behaviour.
The Injunction was granted after complaints were received from several residents in the area of disturbance caused by persistent loud music, arguing, shouting and intimidating drunken behaviour.
The case is the Council’s first civil Injunction under the Government’s new Anti-Social Behaviour legislation, which replaced the Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO).
