Toilet Sign

The public toilets and changing places pod in Bedworth town centre will be closed for two days while essential works are carried out.

As part of the Bedworth Market refurbishment works, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is completing an upgrade to the electrics which will take place on Wednesday, 11 and Thursday, 12 February.

To do this, the main fuse board will be replaced which also runs the public toilets and changing places pod, and as such there will be no power to these areas whilst this work is being carried out, resulting in the need for the closure.

Cllr Nicky King, Portfolio Holder for Business and Regeneration, said:

“We would like to thank the public for their patience and understanding whilst we undertake this necessary work to complete the refurbishment work on Bedworth Market.

“We understand that this is inconvenient for our town centre visitors however, we are committed to completing the work as swiftly as possible so to minimise the disruption to the public as much as possible.”
