Take 3 is a craft show and it features the work of three makers; Jo Lovell's jewellery features Tibetan silver and unusual stones.

Val Hunt has brought her funky creatures made from recycled materials and Tracey Watson is exhibiting her digitally printed ceramics and prints for the first time.

Cllr Brady Hughes, Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Health, said:

“It’s great to see this variety of craft on display at the museum and by buying a gift or treating yourself you help support the fantastic work of the museum.

“Everything in this show is for sale and it’s that perfect place to buy a gift for birthdays, anniversaries or Easter.

“Or maybe just treat yourself. Prices start at £6 for a pair of earrings. The museum can accept cash or cheques.’’

As with all shows, admission is free and donations are always welcomed and there are also other displays to enjoy throughout the building.

While at the museum, why not check out the temporary exhibitions. Admission is free though donations are always welcome.
