Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council is providing support and guidance to ensure that suppliers are paid in a timely manner over the festive period.
We wish to request that our suppliers please email their due invoices to e.invoicing@nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk by 5:00pm on 19 December 2025.
Invoices received after this time may not be paid until January 2026.
Cllr Steve Hey, Portfolio Holder for Resources and Central Services, said:
“We continue to treat the payment of our suppliers as a critical process.
“We would once again like to provide as much support as we can to ensure that all payments due to be paid over the Christmas period are paid on, or before, the due date.
“Please send your invoices in on time so that we can ensure you are paid in a timely manner.”
Our final payment run of 2025 will be processed on 23 December 2025 and will include all invoices approved for payment that are due to be paid up to and including 7 January 2026.
