Due to essential technical works NBBC Homes will be unavailable from 8:00am Monday, 28 July, to 8:00am on Tuesday, 29 July.
This means customers will not be able to access their housing application account or apply for housing during this time.
The Council will not be advertising any vacant homes from Monday, 28 July, until Wednesday, 30 July.
Cllr Chris Watkins, Council Leader and Portfolio Holder for Housing, said:
“We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and anticipate NBBC Homes to be back up running fully by 8am on Tuesday, 29 July.
“Please rest assured that this upgrade will not affect your application for housing.
“You will not miss the opportunity to bid on vacant homes because no properties will be advertised or allocated to anyone during this time.’’
Council staff will also not be able to access NBBC Homes during this time.
