Pauline and David Corbett, who run the burger van in Coventry Street took it upon themselves to raise a very welcoming £200 for the Mayor’s Appeal,
all the market traders were only to pleased to dig deep into their pockets to give to the well-deserved charity.
“We are over joyed with the amount that all the Nuneaton market traders have raised for my charity, we cannot thank you and everyone else who has contributed to both my appeals so far, who are the Veterans Contact Point and the Mental Health Drop-in Centre”.
Cllr Jill Sheppard, The Mayor of Nuneaton and Bedworth.
