Why are these changes happening

We are going cashless as part of a continual effort to allow traders and market supervisors to operate with greater security. Instead of cash, all payments will be made online.

This change will make it easier for traders to book and pay for their market pitch ahead of market days.

Problems accessing the online form

For traders who cannot access the online form in advance of a market day, contact customer services team for help and support.

Important

If payment isn’t made by the time of your market trading day, you will not be able to trade.
