Grayson Place is the flagship mixed-use regeneration project at the heart of Nuneaton, delivered in partnership between Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and Queensberry Real Estate. Located on Abbey Street, this scheme is part of the wider “Transforming Nuneaton” programme and aims to revitalise the town centre through a dynamic mix of leisure, learning, and hospitality spaces.
Named in honour of local TV icon Larry Grayson, following community consultation, the development includes:
Phase 1
A new Hampton by Hilton hotel.
The 145-room hotel, officially opened in September 2024 and features a 24/7 gym, meeting space and restaurant.
Phase 2
Includes Padel courts, a food hall and variety of restaurants, all surrounding a new central public square. The development also features a new state-of-the-art Digital Skills and Innovation Centre operated by North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College, and car park with EV charging points.
Phase 2 is expected to be completed Winter 2025, and will establish Grayson Place as a destination for locals and visitors alike within the town centre.
