Grayson Place is the flagship mixed-use regeneration project at the heart of Nuneaton, delivered in partnership between Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council and Queensberry Real Estate. Located on Abbey Street, this scheme is part of the wider “Transforming Nuneaton” programme and aims to revitalise the town centre through a dynamic mix of leisure, learning, and hospitality spaces.
Named in honour of local TV icon Larry Grayson - following community consultation - the development includes:
Phase 1
A new Hampton by Hilton hotel.
The 145-room hotel, officially opened in September 2024 and features a 24/7 gym, meeting space and restaurant.
Phase 2
Includes leisure hub, food hall and variety of restaurants, all surrounding a new central public square. The development also features a new state-of-the-art Digital Skills and Innovation Centre operated by North Warwickshire and South Leicestershire College, and car park with EV charging points.
Phase 2 is expected to be completed Winter 2025, and will establish Grayson Place as a destination for locals and visitors alike within the town centre.
