Statement of Licensing Policy 2026-2031
This Statement of Licensing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 and the guidance issued under Section 182 of the Act. The policy statement is valid for a period of five years from January 2026.
This policy statement will be subject to review and further consultation prior to any substantial changes.
