  • Band G - £3,815.82
  • Band H - £4,578.98

The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) decides which band the property is placed in and this is based on its market value on 1 April 1991. The amount paid is dependant on which band the property falls into.

The valuation band for your dwelling is shown on your bill. If you have recently moved into the property, or purchased the property and you disagree with the banding, you normally have six months from the date of occupation or purchase to appeal.
