Car park season tickets terms and conditions
- The Council will charge a £25 administration fee to replace a lost season ticket
- New season tickets will be charged from the first day of the month
- In the case of renewals, the ticket will commence from the expiry of the existing season ticket
- The safe keeping of the season ticket is the responsibility of the season ticket holder
- The Council will not be liable for any loss or damage to either the vehicle and/or the contents however such a loss or damage is caused
- The season ticket does not guarantee that a parking space will be available
- Refunds will be available after deducting the equivalent monthly charge (which is higher than the full discounted rate) in respect of the number of months, or part, used
- Full details of conditions under which the parking spaces may be used are contained in the current Nuneaton and Bedworth off street parking places order
- Two car registration numbers are allowed on one season ticket
There are two types of car par season tickets available:
1. Pay and display
- The season ticket must be displayed on the nearside of your windscreen so that it can be clearly seen. Failure to display the ticket in such a way that the details shown on the front cannot be read from outside the vehicle will invalidate its use
- The season ticket will only be valid for the vehicle whose registration number it bears
- No charge will be made to change the registration number on a personal season ticket
- Please pay the appropriate tariff if your season ticket is not displayed on your vehicle.
- The season ticket is restricted to certain car parks and below is a full listing of the car parks available
Long stay pay and display
- Pool Bank Street
- Regent Street 1 and 2
- Victoria Street No.2
- Orchard Street
- Riversley Park
- Abbey Street (designated areas only, Monday to Friday)
- Meadow Street
- Pingles Leisure Centre
- Spitalfields 1 and 2 (Civic Hall)
- Park Road – Bedworth
- Bedworth Leisure Centre
Short stay pay and display
As per the list for long stay car parks plus the following:
- Abbey Street
- Victoria Street No 1
- Church Street
- Justice Walk
- Town Hall
Harefield Road multi-storey car park – this season ticket is only applicable in Harefield Road multi-storey car park on levels 2A and 2B.
- Note: No season tickets can be used on Riverside car park
2. Pay on foot car parks
Should you choose to opt for one of our pay on foot car parks, a swipe card will be issued to you.
- The swipe card must be kept out of direct sunlight /heat and away from mobile phones and other magnetic cards as this may affect the data held on the magnetic strip
Short Stay
- The season ticket is only available in Rope Walk car park
