Making an insurance claim against the Council
If you wish to make an claim against the Council, you must complete our insurance claim form. This form must be completed in order to start the claim process. We are unable to accept any other claim method.
Complete the form as fully as possible and include copies of estimates and receipts where necessary as incomplete forms may be rejected and you will be asked to re-submit the form.
You will need to register for an account if you have not already done so in order to access the claim form. Please note that by completing the insurance claim form, is not an admittance of any liability by the Council. There is also no guarantee that you will receive any payment or compensation.
