Grayson Place will be an exciting new meeting, eating, drinking and entertainment destination which is currently under construction.

The name, chosen in consultation with the local community, marks a key moment for this development. Grayson Place is the first landmark project in the Transforming Nuneaton programme that will completely reinvent and reinvigorate Nuneaton town centre, undertaken by Warwickshire County Council and Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, with Abbey Street’s strategic development partner, Queensberry Real Estate.

Grayson Place gets its name from high-profile TV entertainer and Nuneaton's adopted son Larry Grayson who lived in the town for many years until his death in 1995.

He most well-known for his time as host of BBC's The Generation Game from 1978 until 1982.

Once completed, the development will host a Hampton by Hilton hotel, a five-screen cinema, bars and resturants, retail outlets, a multi-storey car park and a Digital Skills and Innovation Centre.

You can keep up to date with the latest news surrounding the development by visiting the website or following Grayson Place on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
