We have two teams of specialised officers to manage tenancies, our properties, our estates and anti-social behaviour (ASB). The two teams consist of:

- Anti-Social Behaviour

Tenancy management officers
Some examples of the services that the team provide include, but are not limited to:
- Carrying out viewings and signups for new tenants
- Property inspections
- Processing tenancy change requests, for example, mutual exchanges, successions, sole to joint, joint to sole
- Estate management, for example, site inspections
- Supporting compliance with our tenancy agreement
- Resident and community engagement
Anti-social behaviour officers
Some examples of the services your neighbourhood team provide include, but are not limited to:
- Investigation of complaints into anti-social behaviour (ASB)
- Dealing with neighbour disputes
- Addressing ASB concerns within the community
- Enforcing the tenancy agreement where breaches are evidenced
- Taking enforcement and legal action, where appropriate
- Evictions
