  • be related/connected to the other qualifying complaints
  • have been reported within one month of the alleged behaviour taking place
  • have been witnessed by the applicant, or by a person for whom the applicant is acting on behalf of and who has given their permission to be so represented
  • You have reported three separate incidents relating to the same problem in the past six months to the Council, Police, or your landlord, action has been taken but ASB persists

Request an ASB case review

The information you provide will help us determine if a review is appropriate, or if any other options that could be considered to help resolve your reports.

What you can expect

Upon receiving your completed case review form, you should receive an acknowledgement of your request within five working days. A meeting will be held and the chair will be independent to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council where possible.

All relevant partners and agencies will be invited to the meeting to review your reports and actions taken to date.

Victims will be given an opportunity at the beginning of a meeting to outline the impact the behaviour has caused to them for the panel to take into consideration.

Alternatively, a victim can send an advocate or can provide a written/video statement. The outcome to your case review will normally be answered within six weeks in writing.

In some circumstances the request will need to be considered with other responsible authorities and may take longer. If this is the case you will be advised of the delay and kept updated on progress.
