Pay by direct debit
This is the quickest, safest and easiest way to pay your business rates to us. All you need is a bank or building society account (that allows you to pay by direct debit) and payments will be taken direct from your account each time. You also get a choice of payment dates when you choose to pay monthly by direct debit: 1st, 16th or 28th.
You can also pay weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly if that is more convenient, where payments are taken on each Monday.
Alternatively download a direct debit mandate complete it and return it to us as soon as possible or call 024 7637 6530 to set up your direct debit over the telephone.
If you have an existing debit on your business rates account, you can pay this by using our payment portal. Allow at least five working days for the payment to reach your account.
