• Customers can register or sign in to their NBBC Portal account

To register you will need your:

• account or claim reference number

Depending on your registration type, you may need your National Insurance number.

Once your registration has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password.  Keep this information safe and secure.

The portal will allow you to view your existing Council Tax, Business Rates, Sundry Debt Account, or Housing Benefit/Council Tax Support claim.

Once you have logged in, you can view:

• bill
• balance
• payments made
• future payments

You can also use the portal to:

• request a copy of your bill
• change your payment method
