Telephone switchover Tuesday 12th July

On Tuesday 12th July 2016, we will be upgrading the Council's telephone system and all our internal and external telephone numbers will migrate to a new provider.
Our main contact numbers will remain the same, as published on our website. The switchover will result in a more efficient, flexible and economic telephone system, allowing us to respond better to customer enquiries.
During the course of the switchover, you may briefly experience difficulty in contacting a member of staff or department and calls in transit may be interrupted for a short period.
We do not anticipate that the disruption will be significant but if you are contacting us by telephone on Tuesday 12th July, we’d suggest that you provide us with a number so that we can return the call in the unlikely event that you’re cut off.
