Published on Wednesday, 6th November 2019
In its third year, the Coventry & Warwickshire Business Festival is an annual festival of business running across the whole Coventry and Warwickshire region from 11-21 November 2019.
The aim of the festival is to stimulate business growth in the area and bring the region together to interact, engage, promote, support, learn and discuss business under one branded banner – the Coventry & Warwickshire Business Festival.
This year, 70 high-profile events are already confirmed in the programme over the two-week festival. Nearly all events are free and are available for anyone to attend. Tickets must be booked online in advance to avoid disappointment.
The NBBC headline event will be on Tuesday 19 November from 10am – 12:30am and will focus on Transforming Nuneaton.
Nuneaton’s new Escape Room will be hosting the event where attendees will be taking part in an ‘escape room’ style activity which promises to be interactive, informative and enigmatic whilst enabling conversation about how we aim to Transform Nuneaton together.
This information and networking event with a twist will help you to learn more about the transformation of Nuneaton town centre and implementation of mixed-use regeneration for boosting economic growth.
Dawn Dawson, Director for Housing, Communities & Economic Development for NBBC said:
“The Coventry & Warwickshire Business Festival is now well established and we are delighted to see its return and to lend our support to this event once again.
“One of the key aims for Transforming Nuneaton is to develop opportunities for the town centre to be a modern and vibrant place for offices, leisure and retail.”
Mark Ryder, Strategic Director for Communities at Warwickshire County Council, said:
“We are very pleased to see the return of the Coventry and Warwickshire Business Festival which is the biggest annual event for businesses across the region.
“The event is an opportunity for attendees to be informed on upcoming ideas for Transforming Nuneaton and the projects that will revolve around making Nuneaton an economically stronger town.”
Hannah Betts, Director of “House of Escapes” said:
“It is great to be involved in the Business Festival this year, we have some exciting plans up our sleeve for the NBBC headline event and look forward to helping promote the innovative plans for the future transformation of Nuneaton town centre.”
