Thanks largely to Section 106 funding (£18,941), and a donation from Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (£5,000), the entrance has been changed to slow vehicles down and a new sign installed. The small car park on the right has been re-lined and tidied up, parking bays have been repositioned so cars can park facing the play area. A £1,000 grant from Warwickshire County Council has provided cycle stands to encourage users to cycle, increasing their health and reduce the amount of vehicles at the centre.

Portfolio holder for Arts and Leisure, Cllr Ian Lloyd said

“These improvements are very welcomed at Keresley Community Centre. The changes will make it a more safer and secure place whilst encouraging visitors to cycle there is a move in the right direction”.
