The Bedworth Classic Car Show returns
Published on Monday, 2nd September 2019
July’s classic car event at Bedworth covered market proved so popular it’s making a return – and this time it will include motorcycles and scooters.
July’s event, organised by NBBC, attracted many new visitors to the town with a fantastic line up of retro and vintage vehicles. The next event is scheduled for Sunday 20th October, from 9am to 2pm, and it is set to be bigger and better than ever.
Everyone is welcome and in addition to classic cars there will also be a small craft fair.
It is free to exhibit your classic vehicle, but you must register beforehand. If you are interested in exhibiting then please get in touch with Neale Hayward for details firstname.lastname@example.org, telephone 07976 468479. Neale will also be able to assist you if you are interested in hiring a stall at the craft fair.
Cllr Julie Jackson, Leader of the Borough Council, said:
“The first classic car show in Bedworth proved so popular we’re doing it all again!
"The show attracted lots of visitors and car enthusiasts, which helped bring visitors to town and showcase our lovely indoor market space.”
Local businesses and shops are encouraged to support the event, for instance by getting creative with decorations and bunting.
Cllr Jackson added:
“We are hoping that these classic car shows will become a regular feature in Bedworth and it would be fantastic to see the local business community taking the opportunity to join in the fun.”
