Rearranged meeting to include Borough Plan agenda
Published on Thursday, 18th April 2019
The Overview and Scrutiny Panel arranged for 2 May will now face a further short delay to allow time for the inclusion of documents relating to the Borough Plan adoption.
Having now received the final letter from the Planning Inspector outlining the Borough Plan adoption process, the Council wishes to allow a little extra time for preparation of documents in order for them to be circulated and considered at the Panel meeting. This fulfils a previous request made by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee members.
As the OSP agenda already included a report to look at the implementation of the Borough Plan, the revised date enables both reports to be considered at the same meeting, maximising the efficiency of the process.
The Overview and Scrutiny Panel re-arranged for 2 May will now be held on 9th May 2019
