Take part in our resident satisfaction survey and be in with a chance to win up to £50 worth of shopping vouchers!

Our biannual resident satisfaction survey will be posted out next week and by taking part you will automatically gain entry to our prize draw for £10, £20 and £50 worth of shopping vouchers.

The survey will be delivered to all of our tenants and leaseholders and will be used to look at overall trends in resident satisfaction and plan service improvements. Your views are extremely important to us and can make a real difference to ensure that we are able maintain high standards of service.

Independent specialists, ARP Research will be conducting the survey on our behalf in accordance with the GDPR and the Market Research Code of Conduct. All feedback provided will be completely confidential and no link between answers and identity will be retained in the survey data.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey and post back using the freepost envelope provided or fill in online using the web address and code supplied at the top of your letter. Entry into the prize draw will be ensured, whichever method you choose.           

Please expect a phone call from ARP to ensure your satisfaction with housing services, results of the survey will then be published to all tenants and leaseholders once the process is complete.
