A great day out for the whole family this Sunday, 8 July on Queens Road, Nuneaton from 10.00am until 6.00pm.

The new festival will feature an enticing line up of over 40 stalls showcasing the finest food and drink from across the region. Visitors will also be able to enjoy live cookery demonstrations, music, entertainment and some great family activities.

There will be a varied selection of tasty treats and beverages on offer including Caribbean and street food, locally brewed beer, cheeses and jams.

Leader of the Council, Cllr Julie Jackson, said:

“I am excited to welcome another fantastic new event to our town centre. This festival will be a wonderful platform not only to highlight Nuneaton’s great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes but which will also give visitors a chance to sample some of our region’s best produce. We hope that local people will come out to support the event and enjoy a great day out for the whole family.”

Jamie Walker of CJ’s Events Warwickshire said:

"Following talks with Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council we’re pleased our event has been given the green light. Nuneaton is a great town, with lots of great independent & national stores and we’re keen to put on an event to attract high footfall into the shopping areas in addition to putting on an exciting and unique event."
