First draw tomorrow!

Published on Friday, 27th April 2018

THE first draw of the new Borough lottery takes place at 8pm tomorrow Saturday 28 April.

With a £25,000 jackpot for the winner, a special additional prize of a family swim pass (kindly donated by the Council’s leisure provider, Everyone Active) and the chance to raise funds for local good causes, there’s every reason to play.

Tickets are on sale until midnight tonight so visit www.boroughlottery.co.uk to buy tickets. So far around 800 tickets have been sold, representing an excellent take up and promising a strong ongoing income stream for the local good causes registered.

Each ticket costs £1, of which 60 pence goes to good causes in the Nuneaton and Bedworth area; the remaining 40 pence goes towards the prize fund and the Operator’s running costs. Anyone buying a ticket can nominate one of the local good causes registered to benefit directly from the ticket purchase.

The results of Saturday’s first draw will appear on the Borough Lottery website and winners will be contacted directly by Gatherwell Ltd, the Lottery Operator. You have until 23.59 this evening to be entered into this week’s draw, if you buy a ticket after this time, do not worry, your ticket will automatically be entered into the following weeks draw.

Cllr Dennis Harvey, Leader of the Council said:

“I’d like to thank those who have already bought tickets and encourage more people to join in. I wish all players the very best of luck!”
