Come to town for Easter fun!

Published on Thursday, 29th March 2018

There’s lots of Easter fun in Nuneaton and Bedworth town centres over the next few days.

In Bedworth tomorrow (Good Friday) children have the chance to win a chocolate egg in exchange for colouring in one of our Easter pictures – just drop into the indoor market between 10am-2pm.

In Nuneaton on Saturday The Big Easter Egg Hunt is on, with clues directing hunters to shops and cafes across the town. Head up to the Ropewalk to take part – to find exactly where we are, here’s the first clue:

Snacks, drinks, the latest news, come to the Ropewalk and follow the clues!

Thanks to donations from Nuneaton market traders, anyone completing the Bunny Hunt wins a chocolate egg and the chance to enter a prize draw – so don’t forget to include names and contact details on entry forms so we can contact the lucky draw winners!

There will be street entertainment in both town centres to accompany our Easter activities.

Jonathan White, Head of Town Centres and Marketing, said:

"We are looking forward to a very busy weekend.

Our free Easter activities offer the perfect chance for families to spend time in town and see what our many businesses have to offer.

“We have scheduled the activities for market day in both towns, so there will be the usual busy, vibrant atmosphere our markets bring.”
