Join us this Saturday, 1 April for our exciting family events day.

This is your chance to find out how the Tudors actually lived, not just the rich like Henry VIII or Elizabeth l but poor people as well.

Alongside a living history display Richard York will be telling stories and playing music from Tudor times.  Younger visitors can make a Tudor inspired mask

Our Family events are a unique opportunity to learn about history in a fun and hands on way.

It is free to take part and there is no need to book. Drop in anytime between 11am and 4pm to join in.

Councilor Sue Markham, Portfolio Holder for Public Services at Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, said:

"This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in the Tudor period,  please come along to our free family event at the museum to see just how the Tudors lived and hear music from the period.

"Make it a really fun experience for the children who can make Tudor inspired masks.''

While at the Museum, why not also check out our temporary exhibitions, The Festival of Arts Art Exhibition and “Where did you get that hat?''
